Calculator and enquiry
The calculator processes inputs and results in your browser. When you submit an enquiry, you share your email address and any optional contact details you entered. We also receive the hotel and online presence details, the scenario with its model version and sources, and the language and time of the enquiry.
We use these data to prepare the initial Revenue Check and respond to your enquiry. If the page address contains accepted UTM campaign parameters, we store them with the enquiry to understand which channel brought you to us.
Calculator interaction events contain no contact or hotel details and are available during the current browser session. This version uses no external analytics service.
Marketing consent
You can separately choose to receive future marketing emails. Your choice has no effect on how we handle your enquiry. You can withdraw your consent for future messages at any time using the contact address in the Legal Notice.
Technical operation and abuse prevention
When you visit the site, we process the connection data needed to operate it. To limit repeated submissions, we store a counter keyed by a value derived from your IP address using a secret. The counting window lasts ten minutes. Expired counters are removed during subsequent processing.

The internal notification about a new enquiry contains your contact details and basic hotel information. The full calculation remains in the stored enquiry record.
